What You'll Do9

  • 1Analyze and process consent requests and underwriting analysis on loan assumptions collateral substitutions easements and other performing loan requests
  • 2Underwrite and process multiple loan requests simultaneously demonstrating high efficiency
  • 3Review and process monthly loan level credit enhancements
  • 4Coordinate post-closing borrower consent requests and collateral changes with external servicers
  • 5Lead loan compliance efforts by acquiring information from servicers and sharing details with internal parties
  • 6Provide superior customer service while managing large volumes of requests
  • 7Communicate effectively with servicers and internal partners
  • 8Analyze loan level financial and operating property information for new deals
  • 9Support servicer processes for reviewing and analyzing loan documents

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 25 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and asset management
  • 3Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • 4Strong verbal and written communication skills with positive stakeholder relationships
  • 5Experience with LIHTC preferred
  • 6Ability to understand complex legal documents
