What You'll Do9
- 1Analyze and process consent requests and underwriting analysis on loan assumptions collateral substitutions easements and other performing loan requests
- 2Underwrite and process multiple loan requests simultaneously demonstrating high efficiency
- 3Review and process monthly loan level credit enhancements
- 4Coordinate post-closing borrower consent requests and collateral changes with external servicers
- 5Lead loan compliance efforts by acquiring information from servicers and sharing details with internal parties
- 6Provide superior customer service while managing large volumes of requests
- 7Communicate effectively with servicers and internal partners
- 8Analyze loan level financial and operating property information for new deals
- 9Support servicer processes for reviewing and analyzing loan documents
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 25 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and asset management
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills with positive stakeholder relationships
- 5Experience with LIHTC preferred
- 6Ability to understand complex legal documents
Salary Insight
$122 - $182k per year
