What You'll Do9
- 1Lead client and prospect engagement related to credit and debt capital solutions supporting business development and revenue growth
- 2Serve as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on capital structure liquidity and financing alternatives
- 3Structure and recommend tailored credit solutions aligned with client needs and risk parameters
- 4Lead negotiations of loan terms covenants and documentation
- 5Own and actively manage portfolio asset quality identifying risk and mitigating exposures
- 6Partner with Relationship Managers Treasury Solutions Officers and product specialists to deliver integrated banking solutions
- 7Act as a credit approver coordinating with Risk to ensure adherence to credit policies and standards
- 8Provide mentorship coaching and oversight to junior underwriting and analyst team members
- 9Develop and execute long-term client relationships focused on mutual success
Requirements5
- 110+ years of experience in commercial banking including Middle Market Leveraged Finance or Large Corporate
- 2Strong technical skills including financial statement analysis underwriting cash flow modeling and credit structuring
- 3Ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Bachelor’s degree preferred
