What You'll Do11

- 3Build complex financial and operational models to evaluate strategic initiatives
- 4Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and track progress
- 6Support M&A process including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning
- 7Stay current on healthcare industry developments and identify implications for DaVita
- 8Provide analytical support to business unit leaders on strategic issues
- 9Analyze data to solve problems and deliver insights
- 10Drive strategic recommendations across departments
- 11Maintain accurate documentation of strategic processes
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Economics or related field
- 2MBA preferred
- 32-4 years experience in corporate strategy management consulting or investment banking
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- 6Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- 7Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- 8Passion for healthcare industry and patient impact
- 9Experience with M&A transactions
- 10Knowledge of dialysis operations and healthcare services
- 11Familiarity with DaVita's healthcare focus
