What You'll Do9
- 1Organize and prioritize cross-functional requests from VillageHealth and DaVita teams
- 2Spearhead special projects by structuring work and driving analysis
- 3Analyze clinical financial and operational data to evaluate business impact
- 4Create presentations that translate complex insights into actionable stories
- 5Solve ambiguous problems by identifying drivers and recommending solutions
- 6Travel up to 10% to support on-site initiatives
- 7Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- 8Deliver recommendations that align with organizational goals
- 9Foster teamwork and manage client relationships effectively
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in project lifecycle management or business strategy
- 2Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for translating data into impact
- 3Strong communication abilities for professional audience presentations
- 4Experience in large-scale healthcare transformations
- 5Preferred: Prior healthcare industry background
- 6Familiarity with AWS Certified tools for data-driven decision making
