Corporate IT Security Engineer, GRC & Endpoint Security
Overview
Own Corridor's internal IT, security, and GRC programs. You will manage employee onboarding, device management, identity, and compliance, ensuring a secure and productive environment as we scale. Collaborate with a small, senior team backed by $25M Series A and customers like ElevenLabs and Langchain. This role blends hands-on IT troubleshooting with strategic security implementation, offering direct impact on our security posture and tooling.
What You'll Do7
- 1Own day-to-day corporate IT: manage onboarding, offboarding, laptops, endpoints, networking, SaaS apps, and identity.
- 2Administer and secure core systems: Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, and CrowdStrike.
- 3Build and maintain security processes: asset management, access reviews, security policies, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- 4Own GRC and compliance programs: drive SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security requirements.
- 5Partner with employees to solve IT and security issues quickly, balancing security with usability.
- 6Evaluate and implement tools and automations, leveraging AI to improve IT and security operations.
- 7Scale IT and security systems without adding unnecessary complexity.
Requirements8
- 12-6+ years hands-on experience in corporate IT, IT security, or systems administration.
- 2Strong practical knowledge of corporate IT environments: laptops, networking, identity, authentication, endpoints, and SaaS administration.
- 3Experience administering systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, or similar.
- 4Security mindset with experience in access controls, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- 5Exposure to GRC frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is a plus.
- 6Comfortable troubleshooting physical and technical problems, figuring out solutions when answers aren't obvious.
- 7Highly responsive, organized, and pragmatic, with a bias toward getting things working rather than over-engineering.
- 8Interest in AI and using modern tools to automate and improve IT and security operations.
