What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily operations of Ref East Ref West and Ref NYC sites
- 2Ensure safety efficiency and compliance across all facilities
- 3Conduct inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- 4Coordinate preventive maintenance for building systems
- 5Handle vendor contracts proposals and invoices
- 6Create welcoming workspace through workstation setups and amenities
- 7Support employee onboarding building access and orientation
- 8Oversee kitchen pantry and office supply programs
- 9Maintain Zendesk ticketing system and coordinate meetings
- 10Track expenses manage budgets and maintain financial records
- 11Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance
Requirements5
- 1Facilities management experience preferred with multiple vendor coordination
- 2Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- 3Knowledge of HVAC security systems and building operations
- 4Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
