- 4Manage shipping receiving processes for FedEx USPS Amazon and other carriers
- 5Coordinate on-site logistics for client events and annual meetings
- 6Administer facilities team budget procure equipment and maintain documentation
- 7Ensure vendor adherence to service-level agreements and purchase orders
- 8Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot technical needs across locations
- 9Control building and parking access following security protocols
- 10Partner with senior leaders to distribute emergency procedure communications
- 11Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
- 12Schedule routine inspections and life safety system tests
- 13Maintain compliance with local state and federal building regulations
- 14Organize staff seating assignments and floor plans
- 15Oversee landscaping and snow removal services
- 16Travel monthly to Savage MD warehouse and reimburse mileage

- 16-8 years facilities management experience at organization with 75+ employees
- 2Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
- 3Proven experience with office maintenance procedures and renovation management
- 4Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- 5Strong project management writing and verbal communication abilities
- 6Hands-on experience with AV equipment setup operation and maintenance
- 7High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 8Working knowledge of internal messaging platforms like Slack
- 9Familiarity with ticketing software such as Jira
- 10Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel
- 11Ability to work 24/7 on building emergencies
