Overview
Own the preparation of diverse menu items in a high volume kitchen at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino. You will rotate between stations, ensure uniformity and quality, and manage timing and sanitation during service. - 7Drive collaboration with team members to adapt to menu changes and substitutions
- 8Debug issues in workflow to minimize delays and ensure timely service
- 9Drive accuracy in cash handling when operating in outlets that require cashier duties
- 10Improve kitchen efficiency by coordinating with fellow cooks on knife skills and mise en place
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Minimum of 4 years of experience in high volume, quality establishment
- 3Culinary school experience preferred
- 4Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation
- 5Able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 125 pounds while maintaining safety
