What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop and commission industrial control systems and automated equipment
  • 2Program Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal
  • 3Create and troubleshoot Ignition Platform SCADA applications
  • 4Program and optimize FANUC and ABB robots
  • 5Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, and safety devices
  • 6Optimize robot paths and production cycle times
  • 7Conduct system testing and commissioning activities
  • 8Collaborate with project managers and technical teams
  • 9Maintain detailed technical documentation
  • 10Lead multidisciplinary engineering initiatives
  • 11Establish engineering best practices for quality assurance

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Strong Siemens PLC programming proficiency via TIA Portal
  • 3Proficiency with Ignition Platform SCADA development
  • 4Experience programming FANUC and/or ABB robots
  • 5Familiarity with industrial networks such as Profinet and EtherNet/IP
  • 6Proven commissioning experience for large-scale manufacturing systems
  • 7Knowledge of RobotStudio or Roboguide
  • 8Understanding of vision systems and motion control
  • 9Experience with safety systems and error-proofing techniques
  • 10Engineering or technical degree requirement
  • 11Eligibility for TN Visa and ability to work throughout North America
