- 1Manage timelines and workback schedules for 10-15 annual industry events, tracking deliverables across teams.
- 2Coordinate venue logistics, shipping, vendor communications, and onsite operations for each event.
- 3Own registration, attendee communications, and event documentation from kickoff to post-event wrap-up.
- 4Arrange hotel rooming lists, staffing logistics, and travel support for the event team.
- 5Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, and vendors to keep asset production on schedule.
- 6Produce and ship signage, giveaways, demos, and collateral, verifying on-time delivery.
- 7Track event KPIs and support post-event reporting with clear data summaries.
- 8Serve as onsite support during events, troubleshooting in real time to keep operations smooth.
Requirements7
- 13+ years in event marketing, event planning, or project management.
- 2Proven experience executing logistics for conferences, trade shows, or corporate events, including vendor and shipping management.
- 3Strong project management discipline: building workback schedules and tracking multiple deliverables.
- 4Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high detail and quality standards.
- 5Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, partnering with marketing, sales, and vendors.
- 6Proactive problem-solving mindset that anticipates risks and drives clear action plans.
- 7Comfort using Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools for task tracking and reporting.
