You will join a tight-knit maintenance team that supports land development and single-family construction across the Kansas City metro. What You'll Do6
- 1Complete all detail work to get homes ready for scheduled orientations, including caulking, paint touch-up, and minor texture repairs
- 2Inspect all finished work for quality and completion, holding trade partners accountable to company standards
- 3Develop and maintain a personal organizational system to manage tasks efficiently and respond to issues without delay
- 4Communicate daily with the maintenance team and report progress, needs, and concerns to the Maintenance Manager
- 5Adapt to new skills and techniques as needed, continuously improving your craft to uphold Arise Homes' quality and value
- 6Fill any gaps not meeting Choice Management standards, ensuring every home reflects our commitment to excellence
