Overview
Oversee custom home construction in Los Angeles County for Riviera Development Partners, a full-service builder known for high-quality residential projects. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and schedules to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead on-site construction for custom homes in Los Angeles County, coordinating with homeowners and superintendents.
- 2Interpret General Contract, Subcontracts, and construction drawings to resolve design deficiencies and code violations with the Architect.
- 3Track project schedules with the Senior Project Manager, updating critical dates to keep the build on track.
- 4Inspect subcontractor work for quality and safety compliance, ensuring all permits, Certificates of Insurance, and Safety Programs are in place.
- 5Chair weekly coordination and monthly safety meetings, documenting minutes and enforcing OSHA regulations.
- 6Review and approve subcontractor daily reports, as-built prints, and time and material vouchers.
- 7Verify all deliveries against charge slips and maintain accurate site records.
- 8Foster positive relations with owners, subcontractors, and the public to uphold Riviera's standards.
Requirements7
- 15+ years residential construction supervision experience, preferably custom homes or multifamily.
- 2Valid California Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License.
- 330-hour OSHA training certification and current CPR/AED certificate.
- 4Read blueprints and understand project cost analysis.
- 5Proficiency with Oracle Contract Manager and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 6LEED AP or LEED training preferred.
- 7Strong leadership and communication skills.
