What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain 20-50% onsite presence with customers through frequent travel and overnight trips
- 2Conduct detailed risk assessments for moderate-high complexity accounts with significant exposure
- 3Deliver actionable recommendations to improve risk controls and reduce potential losses
- 4Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and brokers to build cohesive risk management teams
- 5Develop solutions using Travelers resources to address uncontrolled exposures
- 6Stay current on technical subjects regulations and emerging industry trends
- 7Create positive customer experiences through every interaction
- 8Perform additional duties as directed by leadership
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or graduate degree in environmental health and safety engineering or related technical field
- 2Strong knowledge of insurance industry and business acumen
- 3Recognized certifications such as ASP CSP ARM CFPS
- 4Five years of experience in safety risk control or related field
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required certifications
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- 8Proven experience in collaborative environments
- 9Critical thinking and influencing skills to drive business outcomes
- 10Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback
