What You'll Do11
- 1Design and commission small to large government construction projects
- 2Oversee installation of systems in greenfield and renovation projects
- 3Create building systems designs and conduct design reviews
- 4Update construction monitoring and inspections
- 5Respond to RFIs and manage assigned tasks consistently
- 6Interface with project team members and external representatives
- 7Maintain accountability for successful task execution
- 8Communicate with Fusion Technology PMO regarding project issues
- 9Protect classified material and attend security training
- 10Tailor compensation plans considering employee needs
- 11Provide benefits support for OCONUS based staff
Requirements11
- 1Active Top Secret security clearance
- 2Personal Identification Verification badge preferred
- 37 years experience in active construction sites
- 4Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- 5Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Construction Management
- 6Experience with Work Breakdown Structures and Integrated Master Schedules
- 7Familiarity with RFP processes and contract vehicles
- 8Strong organizational skills for tracking WBS and project plans
- 9Detail-oriented approach to high-quality deliverables
- 10Experience in commercial or government construction
- 11Knowledge of risk management and stakeholder engagement
