Overview
You will organize work flow for projects and maintain accurate records, developing schedules based on customer requirements, parts deliveries, and production. You will coordinate with city, county, and state personnel, general and subcontractors, and Bassco employees. You will prepare and submit engineering reports, publish O&M manuals, and create installation information packets. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt plans to changing conditions.

- 4Coordinate with city, county, and state personnel, general and/or subcontractors, customers, and Bassco employees.
- 5Develop and understand the Bassco internal support systems and how they work.
- 6Learn technical systems and/or new software.
- 7Read and understand project engineering blueprints, plans, and standards.
- 8Prepare and submit engineering reports for projects.
- 9Prepare and/or publish O&M manuals for specific projects.
- 10Prepare and maintain accurate installation information packets for employees.
- 11Perform site visits and attend pre-construction and/or safety meetings related to specific construction projects.
- 12Make accurate decisions based on construction site information.
- 13Obtain and retain every detail of every job that is your responsibility.
- 14Articulate a concise plan and motivate others.
Requirements10
- 12+ years in the position of Construction Manager or Construction Foreman.
- 2Must excel in organizational skills.
- 3Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
- 4Must be flexible to changing conditions and able to adapt a plan to fit existing conditions.
- 5Ability to articulate a concise plan and motivate others.
- 6Ability to interact well with customers verbally and in writing.
- 7Ability to coordinate with city, county, and state personnel, general and/or subcontractors, and customers.
- 8Ability to develop and understand internal support systems.
- 9Ability to learn technical systems and/or new software.
