Martin Concrete seeks a driven Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects in Dallas. The role involves overseeing projects from preconstruction to closeout while collaborating with superintendents, executives, and field teams. What You'll Do13
- 1Lead concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- 2Manage project budgets schedules forecasts and critical path activities
- 3Work onsite with superintendents field teams and clients to coordinate daily operations
- 4Review labor productivity project costs and production performance to meet budget objectives
- 5Oversee project quality safety scheduling and logistics
- 6Coordinate formwork systems manpower planning equipment procurement and project logistics
- 7Build client relationships through proactive communication and problem solving
- 8Prepare and administer change orders RFPs project budgets and preliminary schedules
- 9Monitor progress identify risks and implement solutions
- 10Lead client meetings internal meetings and project planning sessions
- 11Maintain contract documentation change management logs and project reporting
- 12Ensure accurate closeout documentation and share lessons learned across the group
- 13Provide regular updates to executive leadership on risks opportunities and performance metrics
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 2Minimum five years managing commercial concrete construction projects
- 3Strong knowledge of concrete construction formwork systems sequencing and methods
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- 5Leadership organizational and problem solving skills
- 6Excellent communication and relationship building with clients subcontractors and leadership
- 7Experience managing project budgets forecasting scheduling and cost controls
- 8Ability to make sound decisions in fast paced environment
- 9Comfortable working primarily onsite in Dallas Fort Worth area
- 10Willingness to travel as needed
- 11OSHA certification bilingual English Spanish
