Overview
Lead heavy civil construction projects ensuring timely completion within budget and superior quality and safety. Serve as primary point of contact for leadership and coordinate with customers vendors and subcontractors. Develop detailed project plans and maintain accurate documentation. What You'll Do7
- 1Ensure project completion on time within budget and with superior quality and safety
- 2Act as primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators
- 3Supervise employees working under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets
- 4Establish and maintain relationships with customers vendors and subcontractors
- 5Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
- 6Maintain accurate project documentation including plans requirements meeting minutes and other records
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements3
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects
- 3Proficient with project management tools and software
