What You'll Do9
- 1Develop precise estimates during conceptual design bid phases
- 2Review civil structural architectural mechanical electrical process drawings
- 3Negotiate vendor pricing and proposals within estimating process
- 4Create detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- 5Conduct Time Impact Analysis and schedule variance assessments
- 6Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical documentation discrepancies
- 7Maintain accurate project documentation throughout project lifecycle
- 8Lead on-site coordination activities as required by client needs
- 9Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- 3AWS Certified cloud solutions expertise
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 6Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- 7Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and schedule optimization
- 8Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder negotiations
- 9Ability to work in-person at project sites
- 10Commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently
