What You'll Do11

Requirements5
- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent minimum two years building property maintenance experience
- 2Familiarity with HVAC plumbing electrical systems painting drywall and building maintenance
- 3Ability to operate hand tools power tools ladders and maintenance equipment
- 4Valid driver’s license preferred
- 5Certifications such as CPO or HVAC maintenance are a plus
