Requirements10

- 23+ years general maintenance experience including plumbing electrical work

- 5Strong communication skills for effective resident interactions
- 6Certification in CPR or first aid recommended
- 7Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- 8Familiarity with property management software systems
- 9Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and climb stairs
