Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred trade school or military training
  • 23+ years general maintenance experience including plumbing electrical work
  • 3Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • 4Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • 5Strong communication skills for effective resident interactions
  • 6Certification in CPR or first aid recommended
  • 7Experience with preventive maintenance programs
  • 8Familiarity with property management software systems
  • 9Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and climb stairs
  • 10Dedication to safety protocols and quality standards
