- 7Partner with HR leaders and university stakeholders to provide compensation consulting and support.
- 8Oversee job evaluations, market pricing, salary recommendations, and compliance activities.
- 9Review classifications, job placements, and handle appeals within HR systems.
- 10Maintain data integrity and support technology enhancements for compensation processes.
- 11Promote equity, ethics, and a positive workplace culture aligned with USC values.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field with 4 years experience and 2 years management experience.
- 2Experience administering compensation programs in corporate or university settings with proven success in coaching and development.
- 3Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and relevant regulations.
- 4Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred but not required.
- 5Ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and present recommendations effectively.
