- 10Complete accounting reports and support administrative tasks as assigned
- 11Assist in managing lease processes using state-specific checklists for compliance
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Real Estate or related field
- 24-6 years relevant experience in property management sales or customer service
- 3Proficiency in internet word processing spreadsheet and database management
- 4Strong knowledge of property management software such as Entrata Yardi or OneSite
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
