What You'll Do11

  • 1Manage property operations while adhering to federal state and local fair housing laws
  • 2Conduct weekly building inspections and unit assessments for cleanliness and safety standards
  • 3Oversee occupancy processes including eligibility certification and move-out settlements
  • 4Perform complex financial calculations for resident certifications and delinquency collections
  • 5Maintain compliance reports and conduct file pre-audits with external partners
  • 6Provide daily on-site support through regular office hours and coordinate service contracts
  • 7Communicate efficiently with residents and staff while planning community activities
  • 8Travel between properties for meetings training and site visits within the Denver Metro area
  • 9Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce turnover costs and delays
  • 10Handle all invoices and coding tasks while monitoring site budgets and variances
  • 11Assist with obtaining licenses and permits for vendor services and equipment

Requirements9

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years LIHTC and PSH experience
  • 2Minimum 2 years property management experience preferably in affordable housing
  • 3Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent housing knowledge certificate
  • 4Proficiency with property management software including Realpage Onesite
  • 5Valid Colorado driver's license insurance and reliable transportation
  • 6Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel extensively between properties
  • 7Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • 8Experience with federal regulations and financial management systems
  • 9Preferred ARM or CPM certifications for enhanced qualifications
