Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or 1-2 years relevant experience
- 23+ years multi-family property management experience
- 3Strong leadership management and team player skills
- 4Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- 5Physical ability to sit climb stairs read documents and operate equipment
- 6Valid driver's license preferred
- 7Experience with CRM systems and budgeting tools
- 8Certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 9Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes and Spark
- 10Understanding of lease agreements and compliance regulations
