- 1Leads property staff conducting candidate interviews overseeing onboarding training timesheet approval and quarterly reviews
- 2Drives performance through feedback and disciplinary actions in partnership with HR
- 3Conducts ongoing training on leasing paperwork safety and operational needs
- 4Motivates associates via recognition programs training and team-building activities
- 5Assists in budget preparation and ensures adherence to approved budgets
- 6Completes month-end and year-end financial reporting with monthly variance analysis
- 7Promotes resident satisfaction by resolving complaints and taking action
- 8Collaborates with maintenance teams to fulfill service requests according to company standards
- 9Provides excellent customer service while upholding resident service standards
- 10Analyzes market trends and partners with marketing for leasing strategies
- 11Manages client relationships by meeting owners conducting tours and providing updates
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or 1-2 years relevant experience
- 23+ years of multi-family property management experience
- 3Strong leadership and management skills as a team player professional communicator
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- 5Physical stamina to sit extended periods climb stairs and lift items up to 20 pounds
- 6Ability to read documents view screens and understand verbal communications
- 7Valid driver's license preferred
- 8Experience with lease paperwork safety protocols and compliance documentation
