Lead People Build Great Programs Make an Impact OPPO seeks an energetic organized people-focused CBS Manager to lead growing community-based programs. This is an in-person leadership role not remote. You will oversee employees provide CBS services and actively build a strong dependable team while ensuring programs deliver safe happy healthy OPPOrtunities.

- 1Lead an Amazing Team Oversee employees providing CBS services recruit hire coach manage performance handle disciplinary actions and support employee success
- 2Keep Programs Running Strong Oversee day-to-day operations managing staffing scheduling payroll attendance transportation facilities and logistics Solve unexpected issues
- 3Create Exceptional Client Experiences Ensure programs provide confidence independence relationships and community connections collaborate with clients families support coordinators and stakeholders to improve service quality
- 4Own the Details Manage employee supervision payroll approval client and DSP matching billing attendance accuracy CBS budget management monthly reporting quarterly support coordinator reports incident reporting regulatory compliance vehicle oversight site standards emergency response stakeholder communication
- 5Help Us Grow Identify opportunities to expand clientele increase units billed strengthen programs improve retention and develop new opportunities for those served
- 6Drive Operational Excellence Maintain efficient programs through clear communication professional collaboration and flexible decision making
- 7Ensure Compliance and Safety Handle all regulatory state submissions and program compliance requirements
- 8Coordinate Transportation and Facilities Oversee vehicle oversight and maintain clean site standards
- 9Support Staff Development Recruit hire coach and mentor employees fostering growth and accountability
- 10Manage Financial Operations Process payroll approve budgets and track financial metrics
- 11Communicate Effectively Build trust with clients families and partners
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3Proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft Office email and web-based systems
- 4Strong organizational and communication skills
- 5Experience working with people with disabilities
- 6Ability to travel locally and drive up to 25 percent
- 7Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 25 pounds
- 8Previous supervisory or management experience
- 9Familiarity with disability services and rehabilitation programs
- 10Commitment to results driven leadership
