What You'll Do7

  • 1Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
  • 2Assist with due diligence title and survey review and transaction-related research
  • 3Prepare and coordinate transactional documents and closing materials
  • 4Organize and manage closing checklists timelines and post-closing documentation
  • 5Communicate with clients and third parties to facilitate transactions
  • 6Maintain and organize transaction files and records
  • 7Support multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

Requirements8

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Payroll specialization
  • 3Miami Florida location hybrid schedule
  • 4At least 5 years paralegal experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
  • 5Strong organizational and project management skills
  • 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 8Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
