What You'll Do7
- 1Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
- 2Assist with due diligence title and survey review and transaction-related research
- 3Prepare and coordinate transactional documents and closing materials
- 4Organize and manage closing checklists timelines and post-closing documentation
- 5Communicate with clients and third parties to facilitate transactions
- 6Maintain and organize transaction files and records
- 7Support multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Payroll specialization
- 3Miami Florida location hybrid schedule
- 4At least 5 years paralegal experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
- 5Strong organizational and project management skills
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
