What You'll Do6
- 1Match colors to customer benchmarks and specifications within the first 90 days
- 2Scale up shades and treatments from lab to production batches, including bases and clears
- 3Enter batch data into laboratory systems and maintain precise records for quality control
- 4Package and label samples for client approval, ensuring accuracy and traceability
- 5Maintain a safe, organized workspace following safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- 6Lift filled 5-gallon containers up to 45 pounds during batch handling
Requirements6
- 11+ year of color matching in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferred but not required
- 2Batch making and formulation experience in a laboratory setting
- 3High school diploma minimum; associate degree in chemistry or related field a plus
- 4Experience in nail polish, color cosmetics, or paint industry preferred
- 5Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- 6Ability to lift 45 pounds and stand for extended periods
