- 1Forecast goals and objectives for the collision center
- 2Prepare and administer an annual operating budget
- 3Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations
- 4Recruit, onboard and train associates
- 5Track associate performance and coach talent
- 6Schedule work and appraise completed tasks
- 7Submit payroll and maintain certification documentation
- 8Establish relationships with dealerships and insurance adjusters
- 9Maintain DRP accounts and communicate status updates
- 10Handle customer complaints respectfully
- 11Ensure facility cleanliness and operational standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum three years experience in auto body repair
- 3Minimum two years leading and developing teams
- 4Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Advanced knowledge of auto body repair techniques
- 6Valid in-state driver's license with clean record
- 7Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- 8Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- 9Demonstrated communication and organizational abilities
