Lead body repairs ensuring timely completion and top-notch work to delight customers. Own repairs at scale while maintaining quality standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- 2Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to obtain necessary parts
- 3Assess vehicle condition to determine additional safety or repair needs
- 4Perform all body repairs according to the estimate
- 5Execute welding soldering body alignment and frame unibody repairs
- 6Operate all equipment safely following AutoNation safety standards
- 7Inspect all work as QC measures immediately after completion
- 8Mix chemicals according to manufacturer specifications
- 9Understand and follow federal state and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines
- 10Develop superior product knowledge for high-quality repairs
Requirements5
- 1ICAR certification preferred or interest in becoming certified
- 2OEM certification preferred or interest in becoming certified
- 3At least two years automotive experience
- 4Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record
- 5Ability to operate an automobile
