What You'll Do11
- 1Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs
- 2Manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery
- 3Assign repair jobs to body technicians and prioritize vehicles
- 4Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers and writing estimates
- 5Monitor and attain production goals ensuring industry standards
- 6Complete shop payroll and staffing including PTO and vacation
- 7Manage daily production flow with team communication
- 8Write DRP complaint estimates after full disassembly
- 9Acquire, coach, and develop teammates
- 10Understand position requirements and hire best candidates
- 11Maintain compliance with insurance procedures and PNL expectations
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading collision centers
- 3Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Proficient knowledge of estimating software CCC ONE Total Repair Software
- 6Computer proficiency and other technology
- 7Ability to comprehend PNL expectations
