- 11Supervise staff ensuring physical demands are met safely
Requirements10
- 13+ years management experience in automotive or mobile business
- 2Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance
- 3Advanced understanding of estimates and repair procedures
- 4Prior experience with OEM parts and processes
- 5Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- 6Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks safely
- 7Pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- 8Certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 9Strong leadership skills with proven track record
- 10Excellent communication abilities for internal and external stakeholders
