Auto Glass Technician at Glass America Burbank
Overview
Lead the replacement of broken or pitted windshields and windows for Glass America customers across Los Angeles. You will install auto glass products both in-shop and on mobile assignments while ensuring quality service and compliance with safety standards. What You'll Do11
- 1Install auto glass and products in-shop or on mobile locations using proper tools and techniques
- 2Complete required paperwork and submit to management
- 3Maintain a clean and safe work area
- 4Perform auto glass repairs when requested
- 5Load glass materials onto the truck as needed
- 6Follow up with the Glass Manager regarding installation issues
- 7Provide excellent customer service during every interaction
- 8Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the Glass Manager
- 9Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- 10Maintain a positive rapport with supervisors and coworkers
- 11Ensure all equipment operates properly
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 24-6 years of relevant work experience
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4Minimum age of 18 years
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods
- 6Capacity to stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- 7Hand strength for glass handling
- 8Mechanical aptitude for operating hand and power tools
