Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee
Overview
Safelite Fulfilment seeks a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. This role offers comprehensive training to become a certified Safelite technician while fostering a positive workplace culture focused on customer satisfaction and career growth.
What You'll Do7
- 1Learn and apply Safelite methods through hands-on and classroom instruction
- 2Install and repair automotive glass while meeting quality standards
- 3Recalibrate safety systems and conduct diagnostic testing
- 4Provide additional services and products to customers
- 5Operate company vehicles and adhere to safety protocols
- 6Perform other assigned duties as needed
- 7Maintain compliance with all company policies and standards
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 2Valid state-issued driver's license for vehicle operation
- 3Age 18 or older
- 4Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
- 5Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- 6Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized systems
- 7Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 8Willingness to work flexible hours and adverse weather conditions
