What You'll Do7
- 1Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass
- 2Recalibrate automotive safety systems through troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
- 3Provide additional services and products to customers
- 4Study and pass testing to achieve Safelite-certified Technician status
- 5Safely operate company and customer vehicles along with specialized tools and chemicals
- 6Perform other assigned duties as needed
- 7Comply with all company policies and safety standards
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 2Valid state-issued driver’s license for operating company vehicles
- 3Age 18 years or older
- 4Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
- 5Strong physical stamina for standing extended periods and working in varied environments
- 6Proficiency with hand and power tools
- 7Experience with motor vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations
- 8Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
- 9Ability to handle chemicals safely following company protocols
- 10Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- 11Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adhering to dress code
