Collibra Developer, Data Governance & Workflow Automation
Overview
You will build and maintain workflows and model configuration in the Collibra SaaS environment, owning the configuration and scripting that powers data governance processes. You'll work alongside a data governance team and collaborate with data stewards and analysts. This role focuses on hands-on workflow design and Groovy scripting, not infrastructure admin, offering direct impact on data quality and governance automation.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and update workflows in Collibra Workflow Designer using BPMN for approvals, notifications, and issue management
- 2Write Groovy scripts and use the Java API to implement custom logic inside workflows
- 3Configure and maintain the operating model within Collibra SaaS to align with governance policies
- 4Debug and troubleshoot workflow issues, ensuring smooth operation of data governance processes
- 5Collaborate with data stewards to gather requirements and translate them into workflow designs
- 6Document workflow configurations and maintain version control for scripts and models
Requirements5
- 13+ years of experience developing workflows in Collibra (SaaS or on-prem)
- 2Hands-on proficiency with Groovy scripting and Java API in the Collibra environment
- 3Strong understanding of BPMN notation and workflow design principles
- 4Experience configuring operating models, domains, and assets in Collibra
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
