Collections Associate, ERP & Customer Service
Overview
You will own collections and order processing for a trusted manufacturing company in Grapevine, TX. Working onsite from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, you'll manage customer inquiries, enter orders in ERP systems, and coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery goals. You'll join a team of supply chain and customer support professionals, resolving issues and supporting the sales team. What You'll Do7
- 1Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly
- 2Enter orders, returns, and adjustments in ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite
- 3Provide updates on order status, shipping, and inventory to customers
- 4Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
- 5Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating complex issues
- 6Support the sales team with quotes and product information
- 7Process payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records
Requirements6
- 11-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- 2ERP system experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (a plus)
- 3Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- 4High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- 5Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- 6Experience with logistics or technical product lines a plus
