You join a tight-knit, experienced team where long-tenured members are retiring, so you'll learn from experts before they step away, then lead as the go-to contact for customers and internal teams. This role offers $22-$27/hour, full-time long-term contract, and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). You'll drive coordination across production, logistics, and sales, and take the lead on complex resolutions.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Serve as the primary contact for key customer accounts, managing orders and service needs from start to finish.
  • 2Manage the full order lifecycle in ERP software, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery commitments.
  • 3Drive coordination across production, logistics, and sales to keep customer orders moving and on time.
  • 4Stay ahead of inventory levels and lead times, proactively communicating with customers before issues surface.
  • 5Lead resolution of complex situations involving shipments, billing, product specifications, and returns.
  • 6Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions in ERP and Microsoft Office.
  • 7Generate and analyze reports to spot trends and fuel continuous improvement.
  • 8Support internal teams on ERP-driven tasks like order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3Strong command of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • 4Confidence in an ERP system and the adaptability to master a new one quickly.
  • 5Excellent communication and problem-solving instincts.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • 7Composure to multitask and thrive in a high-accountability environment.
