You will own guest beverage experiences at Red Phone Booth, a 1920s speakeasy with a high-volume bar. Your work directly shapes the authentic, upscale atmosphere that defines our brand. You will serve craft cocktails, wines, beers, and premium tobaccos, while maintaining service standards. This role blends classic hospitality with a unique historical theme, setting it apart from typical server positions.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations at every table
- 2Master the full cocktail menu, including craft cocktails, wines, beers, and tobacco products
- 3Recommend drinks and tobacco based on guest preferences, offering detailed descriptions
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bar area to uphold health standards
- 5Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, handling high-stress moments with composure
- 6Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements6
- 1Prior experience as a Cocktail Server or waitstaff in a hospitality setting
- 2In-depth knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco products
