CNC Programmer Supervisor Machinist
Overview
Lead professional CNC programmer supervisor machinist overseeing production of molds and components at Golfco International. Manage CNC mills and multi-axis lathes to produce high quality parts with tight tolerances. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment while collaborating with team to improve processes and safety.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and program CNC mills and multi-axis lathes for production of molds and components
- 2Generate and maintain electronic and printed production documentation including CAD drawings and tool lists
- 3Supervise production machining operations and assist with management of tooling inventory and mold materials
- 4Operate SolidWorks and at least one CAM program such as Surfcam SolidCam or Key Creator
- 5Install unload and service production parts within and around machinery
- 6Collaborate with team to improve part designs and manufacturing efficiency
- 7Maintain safe working conditions and promote shop cleanliness
- 8Work independently to keep machines running efficiently while meeting deadlines
- 9Manage and supervise CNC turning centers and milling centers for roller production
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAM software
- 3Experience managing CNC equipment and production operations
- 4Ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 50 lbs
- 5Willingness to work in a smoke free facility as non smoker
- 6Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- 7Experience with bar feeders and CNC mills
- 8Knowledge of polyurethane casting operations
- 9Commitment to teamwork and process improvement
- 10Physical stamina to work independently without constant supervision
