What You'll Do11
- 1Read prints and interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerances
- 2Perform complex dimensional calculations and tool offset calculations
- 3Maintain dimensional tolerances within +/- .001
- 4Use precision measurement tools to validate part quality
- 5Calculate slopes and angles for complex inspection setups
- 6Set up jobs with parts made from aluminum stainless steel and exotic alloys
- 7Load unload and inspect parts while maintaining accurate part counts
- 8Update router paperwork and segregate parts according to requirements
- 9Complete SPC documentation and ensure production standards
- 10Report equipment problems and follow documented procedures
- 11Maintain clean machine area by removing chips and moving materials
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school graduate or equivalent
- 3Machine shop training certificate preferred
- 44+ years of machine shop programming experience
- 5Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform stooping kneeling and reaching motions
- 6Ability to calculate tool wear and perform tool changes
- 7Strong math skills including algebra and geometry
- 8Knowledge of ISO implementation and SPC control
- 9Experience with stainless steel and exotic alloys
- 10Commitment to safety and ADA compliant work environment
