What You'll Do10
- 1Set up and operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
- 2Select correct tooling based on drawings and specifications
- 3Read and interpret blueprints including basic GD&T
- 4Use precision measuring equipment to verify part accuracy
- 5Move materials between workstations and operate a forklift
- 6Perform general housekeeping and support shop organization
- 7Partner with machine shop team members and leadership
- 8Participate in safety initiatives and production improvements
- 9Maintain a safe clean work environment
- 10Demonstrate reliable consistent attendance
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary technical training preferred)
- 22+ years CNC mill experience
- 3Strong shop math skills (feeds/speeds geometry trigonometry)
- 4Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- 5Fluent English communication
- 6Experience using precision measuring tools
- 7Ability to operate material-handling equipment
- 8Reliable consistent attendance
- 9Able to lift/move up to 50lbs and meet all functional job requirements
- 10Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing inspections
- 11Regular bending stooping kneeling reaching to inspect materials stored on racks pallets workstations
