CMMS Administrator - JLL
Overview
We seek a CMMS Administrator to lead the BMRAM system ensuring reliability compliance and efficiency across Boulder and Frederick sites. This role drives continuous improvement and supports maintenance operations through technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as BMRAM Super User and Subject Matter Expert providing technical support and training to WPS end users
- 2Manage asset information preventive maintenance schedules work orders and materials management within the validated CMMS system
- 3Initiate and complete Change Controls for new equipment commissioning system modifications and optimization of maintenance work plans
- 4Analyze team performance metrics compare against targets identify opportunities for process improvement
- 5Collaborate with QA Facility Engineers Manufacturing QC labs and Engineering teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
- 6Support integration of new equipment from capital projects and large manufacturing expansions into the CMMS platform
- 7Develop and maintain CMMS processes procedures and standard operating practices for labor records task management and critical parts purchasing
- 8Adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible work requirements to support production and maintenance activities
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 6 years' experience in a comparable CMMS role within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry
- 2Demonstrated experience using CMMS systems such as Maximo BMRAM or equivalent platforms
- 3Proven ability to manage Change Controls and work within validated GMP systems
- 4Strong understanding of regulatory requirements supporting pharmaceutical facilities and equipment maintenance
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe and Revu Bluebeam
Salary Insight
$60 - $70k per year
