What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration activities with vendors and area owners
- 2Process Deviations Change Controls and CAPAs within the Facilities department
- 3Create and manage CMMS work instructions and asset records
- 4Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for documentation
- 5Track and renew maintenance service agreements
- 6Develop and submit quality system documentation
- 7Perform root cause analysis for GMP-related issues
- 8Utilize Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management system
- 9Ensure timely completion of CMMS records
- 10Assist with tracking maintenance service agreements
- 11Forward approved purchase orders to vendors
Requirements10
- 1BS/BA or equivalent in technical or scientific field
- 23+ years experience with GMP clean room equipment maintenance
- 3Experience authoring Deviations CAPAs and Change Controls
- 4Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- 5Knowledge of cGMP standards
- 6Ability to work in lab clean room and manufacturing environments
- 7Strong organizational skills for record keeping
- 8Experience with SOP development and implementation
- 9Understanding of maintenance lifecycle processes
- 10Commitment to regulatory compliance
Salary Insight
$43 - $48k per year
