The Club Attendant role focuses on driving member satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service through diverse maintenance and cleaning tasks across various facilities. What You'll Do14
- 1Clean and dust walls mirrors countertops glass and windows
- 2Sweep mop scrub and vacuum floors throughout club areas
- 3Perform restocking and waste management tasks
- 4Empty garbage and recycling containers on schedule
- 5Complete daily and weekly work orders as assigned
- 6Execute special cleaning projects such as pool maintenance
- 7Maintain wet areas including pool decks and steam rooms
- 8Conduct regular pool chemical testing
- 9Perform cosmetic repairs on equipment under guidance
- 10Collaborate with facility technicians for equipment cleaning
- 11Apply minor painting as directed by management
- 12Use all janitorial supplies according to product labels
- 13Report new maintenance issues through Service Channel
- 14Document member complaints for management review
Requirements14
- 1Cleaning practices and procedures knowledge
- 2Ability to understand and follow written instructions
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4Independent work capability without supervision
- 5Attention to detail in all tasks
- 6Establish cooperative relationships with staff and members
- 7High school diploma or GED
- 8Six months janitorial experience
- 9Physical demands including standing walking climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching lifting up to 25 pounds
- 10Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
- 11Telephone proficiency for internal and external communication
- 12Experience with cleaning chemicals ladders and utensils
- 13Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- 14Travel between club locations may be required
