What You'll Do11
- 1Clean and dust walls mirrors countertops glass and windows
- 2Sweep mop scrub and vacuum floors throughout club areas
- 3Restock supplies and empty garbage and recycling containers
- 4Complete daily and weekly scope of work as assigned
- 5Perform special cleaning projects such as pool deck and chemical testing
- 6Maintain wet areas and conduct regular pool chemical testing
- 7Carry out minor cosmetic repairs on equipment
- 8Partner with Facility Technician for equipment cleaning
- 9Apply minor painting under manager direction
- 10Use all janitorial supplies according to product labels
- 11Report new maintenance issues via Service Channel and member complaints to General Manager
Requirements11
- 1Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
- 2Ability to understand and follow written instructions
- 3Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- 4Independent work capability without supervision
- 5Attention to detail in all tasks
- 6Establish cooperative relationships with staff and members
- 7High School Diploma or GED
- 8Six months janitorial experience
- 9Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- 10Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
- 11Travel between club locations as needed
