What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients experiencing mental health substance abuse or dual diagnosis issues
- 2Conduct intake assessments and finalize all required documentation promptly
- 3Develop implement and revise individualized treatment plans with client input within established timelines
- 4Maintain strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients families vendors and regulatory agencies
- 5Utilize electronic health records proficiently to support clinical documentation and care coordination
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree minimum LADC I or CADAC certification preferred
- 2One year supervised counseling experience in substance abuse treatment or related field
- 3Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
- 4Strong written communication skills
- 5Valid license to practice counseling in Massachusetts
