What You'll Do9
- 1Build collaborative relationships with clients to foster growth and potential
- 2Design and implement personalized treatment plans
- 3Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- 4Coordinate care with families medical providers and community partners
- 5Maintain documentation in our user friendly EHR system
- 6Participate in case consultations and team meetings
- 7Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
- 8Ship and oversee outpatient programs
- 9Manage one's own schedule with client outreach
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3AWS Certified experience
- 45+ years developing bilingual applications
- 53-5 seasons of leadership experience
- 6W-2 employment status required
- 7Master's degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or related field
- 8Independent Clinical License obtainable within two years
- 9Current Massachusetts license preferred
- 10Excellent time management skills
