Clinic Operations Manager, Multi-Site Healthcare Operations
Overview
5+ years of operations or multi-site management experience in healthcare or related industries leads two clinics with autonomous operational leadership. You will manage Front Desk Managers and Patient Care Coordinators, partner with Clinical Directors and APP Leads, and report KPIs to the Director of Operations. This role blends operations, team leadership, and process improvement across two adjacent clinics. What You'll Do10
- 1Build a high-performing, accountable operations team across two sites
- 2Design and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
- 3Lead scheduling, front desk operations, and Patient Care Coordinator workflows to optimize patient flow
- 4Coach, retrain, and evaluate performance of staff including Front Desk Managers and PCCs
- 5Coordinate multi-site operations with guaranteed coverage and rotating site presence
- 6Own KPI reporting on patient census, provider fill rates, and appointment efficiency
- 7Collaborate with Clinical Directors and APP Leads to ensure operational support for prescribers and therapists
- 8Drive process improvements using data to increase throughput and satisfaction
- 9Foster a positive, collaborative culture across locations
- 10Ensure compliance and alignment with HR, Billing, and Technology teams
