Director of Operations Healthcare Fairfax VA
Overview
Lead daily operations for a growing healthcare organization in Fairfax, VA. You will own the operational playbook for 13 team members and build scalable systems for future multi-location expansion. Partner with executive leadership to drive strategy, monitor KPIs, and open new practice sites. This role offers a $90,000 base plus up to $20,000 bonus and equity potential after four years.

- 6Monitor KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- 7Manage staffing, scheduling, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance across sites
- 8Lead the successful opening of future practice locations, coordinating logistics and readiness
- 9Build repeatable operational systems that sustain long-term growth and quality standards
Requirements8
- 15+ years of operations leadership experience
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
- 3Proven track record leading teams and developing managers
- 4Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L
- 5Demonstrated success implementing systems and improving processes
- 6Multi-location healthcare, dental, or medical practice experience highly preferred
- 7Ability to work some weekends as needed
- 8Residency in Fairfax, VA or DMV area required
